The charities all mean something to John: Sobell House- John attended the day centre there once a week for the last several months, and spent his last week being very well cared for in the hospice. They are currently building an extension which will enable more people to receive such excellent end of life care. Maggie's Centres- A centre supporting people with cancer and their families/friends (a good place to go if you need a chat). John used their support particularly after his first surgery, and has helped to fundraise for them in the past. The Brain Tumour Charity- Support for people with brain tumours, and funding more research to prevent other people going through this in the future.
